Concierge Team
We provide a unique customer experience for passholders that reserve their own seats prior to screenings. Concierge volunteers are responsible for reserving seats prior to their movies and greeting and answering questions for these VIP passholders.
Responsibilities
- Managing and reviewing seating files prior to applicable movies
- Placing the reserved seating cards in the theater
- Greeting and assisting Concierge passholders as they enter the theater
REQUIREMENTS
- Have good customer service skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Must be flexible
- Sitting for periods of time
- Longer shifts are required
- Training will be provided
- Must be ok with periods of fast pace and down time
