Security & Vehicle Credentials
As we get ready for the highly anticipated Palm Springs International Film Awards on Saturday, January 3, 2026, we want to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all guests. To enhance security, ALL attendees will be required to provide vehicle credentials.
ALL vehicles MUST be credentialed to access the vicinity of the Palm Springs Convention Center. Security vehicle sweeps will be in place as you approach the Convention Center. All vehicles must have their vehicle credential on the dash AND clear the vehicle sweep to access the Convention Center. Please be mindful of what items you have in your vehicle / on your person. If you wouldn’t take it through TSA, it should not be in your vehicle. This requirement applies to everyone, including those using valet, self-parking, or being dropped off via rideshare or private driver. Please plan accordingly to avoid any delays.

All vehicle passes will be available for pick-up on Friday, January 2 from 9am - 9pm or Saturday, January 3 from 7:30am - 12pm in the Palm Grove Room at the Palm Springs Convention Center.

If you forget your Vehicle Credential
Vehicles without proper credentials will NOT be permitted into valet, self-parking, or drop-off areas until verification is completed. There will be no exceptions to this rule, so please ensure your vehicle is credentialed in advance to avoid unexpected delays.
Security Screening
All attendees will be required to pass through a security checkpoint. You will be asked to empty your pockets and open your purse.
