Kimberley Browning | Hollywood Shorts Film Festival | Festival Director
Kimberley Browning is a filmmaker and film festival professional based in Los Angeles.  She is the founder and festival director of Hollywood Shorts, a short film screening series and Emerging Filmmakers Program, currently in it's 19th year.  Kimberley is an Associate Short Film Programmer at the Tribeca Film Festival, and she was on the short film programming team at the Los Angeles Film Festival 2013-2014.  Kimberley is also the Executive Producer of the 2016 HBO ACCESS Directors Fellowship TV pilot productions, showcasing new diverse talent in television directing.


Eileen Chiao | USC of Cinematic Arts | Associate Director of Festivals and Distribution
As Associate Director of Festivals and Distribution, Eileen coordinates student participation in film festivals, facilitates distribution of student films, curates USC showcases at festivals, and produces the annual First Look Film Festival. Eileen graduated with a B.S. at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an M.B.A from University of Southern California.  Prior to joining SCA Industry Relations, she was advising students for professional and academic success in entertainment in the Cinematic Arts Student Services, worked at production and management companies, and produced a feature film.


Nancy Collet | Cinema Collet | Founder & President
Nancy Collet's experience in the film industry spans over twenty-five years.  With her extensive knowledge of working with studios and film festivals, she founded Cinema Collet in 2007.  Her company offers strategic consulting services to large conferences, film festivals, educators, distributors and independent filmmakers around the world.  Her clients include The Toronto International Film Festival, The Wrap News, Inc., Ketchum Sports and Entertainment, The Audience Awards, New York University and many others.  Her services include festival start up, event management, production and marketing, film programming, acquisitions, VIP guest/Industry Procurement and festival/distribution strategy for independent filmmakers. 


Paul Sloop | Cleveland International Film Festival | Short Films Programming Manager
Paul Sloop has led the selection of short films for the Oscar Qualifying Cleveland International Film Festival since 2003.  His passionate advocacy for short films at the CIFF has allowed him to grow the short films from 13 programs and 92 films in 2004 to 30 programs and 216 shorts at the 41st CIFF in 2017.  Paul lives in Mentor, OH with his wife of 16 years and their 6 daughters.
