- Excludes Opening Night, Closing Night, and the Film Awards.

Select special event tickets may be available and arranged through Scenario PR.

FAQ
How to attend a screening with your pass
HOW TO NAVIGATE WITH AN INDUSTRY OR MEDIA PASS
- Wear your pass at all times during the festival; entry is not allowed without it.
- ALL passes allow entry for the pass holder only
- Enter the "Passholder" line for the film you wish to see.
- It is recommended you arrive 30-45 minutes prior to show time. Lines begin forming outside of the theater, no earlier than 1 hour before showtime.
- *There is a pass holder seat allotment and seating is not guaranteed.
- Queue cards* will be given out until the pass allotment is reached
- Have your queue card and pass ready for scanning. All passes will be scanned before entering the auditorium.
- If you leave the auditorium after being scanned, you MUST obtain a re-entry slip from a volunteer for re-entry. You will be asked for your re-entry slip and to show your pass for re-entry.
- Bearing a ticket or pass to the Palm Springs International Film Festival signifies agreement to all terms and conditions.
What is a queue card?
Passholders can obtain a Queue card while waiting for entry into the specified theater 45-30 minutes before a film screening until the pass holder allocation is reached. Keep this Queue-card while waiting to enter the theater scheduled for the next screening. You do not need to wait in line.
THE QUEUE CARD GUARANTEES YOU ENTRY UP TO 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCREENING. After 20 minutes entry is not guaranteed. Queue cards are given to determine the pass holder seating as quickly as possible. (1) Queue card per pass holder present only. THE QUEUE CARD MUST BE PRESENTED WITH A VALID PASS FOR ADMITTANCE.
What is a Re-admit slip?
A Re-Admit slip is a slip of paper given to a Ticket or Pass Holder who needs to leave a theater during a screening, but is planning to return. A ticket stub and/or pass is required, along with the Re-Admit, to re-enter the screening.
Festival Etiquette
- Saving places in line or saving seats for other guests or between shows is not permitted.
- If you need to leave the auditorium for any reason, take your ticket stub or pass with you and be sure to pick up a RE-ADMIT pass before you leave. No one will be re-admitted without the re-admit pass and their ticket stub or festival pass.
- No recording equipment is permitted in the theatre auditorium.
- Please turn off all cell phones and mobile devices during the film presentation.
- For the pleasure of all guests there is no talking permitted during the film presentation and no late seating.
- Please complete and return your ballot immediately following each screening.
- To expedite theatre cleaning and seating please discard your trash and exit promptly after your screening.
- All theatre auditoriums are cleared between show times.
- Many lines are outside of the theatres. Please dress appropriately for comfort, as it can get hot during the day and cold in the evenings. Theatres may also get chilly.
- No outside food permitted in the festival theatres. Please visit the concession stand.
- No large bags are permitted inside venues.
- All bags are subject to search by festival and venue staff.
