Ballot Volunteer Team
Do you like to be "in the know?" Audiences vote on each film they see, and the Ballot Team is responsible for calculating the results.
No higher math skills are necessary. A system has been developed that is easy for volunteers to learn. The Ballot Team provides an extremely important function as these votes are used for each festival to determine the Audience Awards, a significant marketing tool for films being honored. These audience favorites will be screened, if available, on the last day of each festival, otherwise known as the Best of the Fest day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counting ballots
- Organizing ballots
- Tallying
- Other in-office tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Confidentiality is immperative
- Must be able to accurately count
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Must be ok with periods of down time
- Comfortable working with a small team
