Film Awards Info

GALA ARRIVAL INFORMATION:

Red Carpet Opens at 4:30pm, please do not arrive before 4pm

Valet/Self-Parking Opens at 4:00pm     

Cocktail Hour is from 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Dinner and Awards Show begin at 6:15pm

Please note the restrooms in the lobby are closed during red carpet arrivals. The lobby restrooms will reopen at 6:15pm. 

SELF PARKING/VALET DETAILS:

Guest self-parking is at the Agua Caliente Casino Parking lot directly across from the Casino's Parking Structure. This lot is located between Calle El Segundo and Calle Encilia, off of Amado Rd. You may enter the parking lot from either Calle El Segundo or Calle Encilia. From this parking lot, you can either take a complimentary shuttle to the Convention Center or walk one block East to the Convention Center. Shuttles will be available to take you back to the self-parking lot at the end of show. Please look for signs to guide you. 

Complimentary Valet will be available. You may drop your vehicle off in front of the Convention Center. Please remember that Calle Alvarado is a one-way street for the day of the Awards Gala. You may only enter the Valet drop-off traveling South on Calle Alvarado, coming from Alejo Rd. East-bound traffic will not be permitted on Amado Rd.
