YOUR SCREENING

Plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start time to check in with theater staff indicated by their lanyard. A Venue Manager will be standing by at the start of your film to confirm picture quality and sound levels with you.

A member of the Programming Staff will introduce your screening and invite you to say a few words before the film. If you have not requested a reserved seat and do not plan to sit through your screening, please return at least 15 minutes before the end of your film to meet the staff member who will facilitate your post-screening Q&A.

Your Guest Badge will get you into your film. Everyone must have a badge or a ticket to attend the screening. Contact your Guest Relations Coordinator for ticket requests. Additional tickets can be purchased online at www.psfilmfest.org, on the phone or at the box office starting on December 20th, 2019.

If you would like seats reserved for yourself and/or your guests, please email your Guest Relations Coordinator with a head count at least 48 hours prior to the screening and we will do our best to accommodate. Please be advised that the festival is unable to monitor your reserved seats and/or who is on your reserved list, so it may be helpful to designate someone from your team to do so.
