director biography

Alejandra Jenni studied Physical Theatre at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, Germany, graduating in 2016. The study course included an education in acting, dance, directing and choreography. During her studies she created and performed several theatre pieces and contributed to different film projects. The majority of her pieces, and also her dance film Statements on Landscapes, were invited to numerous festivals. In 2014 she received a scholarship from Migros Kulturprozent (Switzerland). Since 2016, she's worked as a freelance performer, theatre- and filmmaker in Switzerland, Spain and Germany. The emphasis of her work is on the independent development and realisation of artistic and social projects. worth is her first fictional short.
