director biography

Theodor Solin (b. 1993) is a Swedish director with Chinese-Finnish roots, based in Stockholm. He discovered his passion for filmmaking while living in Shanghai. He was educated at the European Film College and holds a B.A in Film & TV from Edinburgh College of Art. His short films have aired on Swedish Television SVT1, SVT2 and been screened at Göteborg Film Festival (Sweden), International Short Film Festival in Drama (Greece), Braunschweig International Film Festival (Germany), DC Shorts Film Festival (USA) & more.
