Brandini Toffee began with a simple act of encouragement; a family friend who inspired a young confectioner to pursue his creative passion for making sweets with a lesson in how to make toffee. Perfecting his recipe over time, the toffee became the aspiring candy-maker's gift of love and chocolate decadence for holidays, birthdays, and just-because occasions for family and friends. This confection made with affection would soon become the catalyst between two life-long friends and their families to share their scrumptious gift with people around the world.

Norma's | Mister parker's
Norma's -- the brightly colored open-air Terrace restaurant that serves breakfast all day and night. Go spare and minimalist with the simplicity of poached eggs and half a grapefruit or go maximalist with any one of the french toast, waffle, or pancake concoctions. Go gluten free, vegan or vegetarian -- they serve to change it up and please. The white slump block and wood interior of Norma's is a room open, friendly and bright throughout the day -- cozy, votive-lit, and discreet at night when the menu changes to a short selection of California fresh, clean entrees prepared to classic perfection or with the subtlest twist to standard. Comfortable, low-key, effortless.
Mister Parker's -- Dark, discreet, and decadent. Over-the-top decor and under-the-tank mischief. A watering hole befitting dreamy aesthetes, wandering flaneurs, and swaggering dandies. The high-born agreeably mix with lowbrow, the bon vivants nurse the lugubrious and everyone is 'wilkommen'. A guy's guy sort of place with a menu to match -- epicurean, savory favorites with Chef's personal inspirations. A wine list not meant for the faint of heart, a bar that happily provides your martini in lieu of an entree and desserts that extend the pleasure principle.
Counter Reformation -- Bar seating and ledge-leaning is the rule of thumb -- think Paris tabac or the zinc -- the heat of local life, crowded with regulars at the counter waiting for their vin rouge. Here you'll find our Cave à Manger, an eclectic curation of wines by the glass offered with a menu of small plated savory delicacies created for this tasting smorgasbord. More than an amuse-bouche, less than a serving. Range, variety, exploration and discovery are the point.

Using old school methods, the bagels are made with no-additives flours, mixed and shaped the night before. The next day they are boiled in malted water, seeded or left plain and baked upside down for the first few minutes then flipped over and baked till golden brown. These methods, make for a flavorful and round bagel. Don't be fooled by bakers that just over steam their ovens and call their steamed bread - bagels. Those steamed breads will never get the shiny, malted, chewy crust that only a boiled bagel will have.

Inspired by Spanish and Mediterranean flavors, Del Rey's playful menu is served in a small plate format akin to taperías that flourish near the Mediterranean Sea. Helmed by Chef Louis Martinez, Del Rey's tapas-style fare, Mediterranean-leaning wine program serving Spanish varietals and local wines and classic poolside cocktails mirrors Villa Royale's communal spirit, inviting guests to connect over the age-old custom of gathering around a table, celebrating good flavors in the company of good people. 4pm to midnight.
