director biography

Liv Mari Mortensen is a Oslo-based Director and Screen Writer. Her films explore power, identity and poetic realism. She is currently a Masters student at The Norwegian Filmschool, and has degrees in Directing and Screen Writing from Westerdals Oslo ACT 2011 and Alma Screenwriting Education 2015. The short "65,5 WOMEN" won Best experimental short at Toronto Independent Film Festival in 2017. The Short "FLIGHTMODE" premiered at Palm Springs International FilmFest in 2018. She is currently premiering the short VISIBLE.
