A ball of unfocused anger following the sudden death of his mother, teenaged Nahuel (newcomer Lautaro Bettoni in a riveting performance) is quickly spiraling out of control. Kicked out of his posh Buenos Aires prep school for a violent attack on a schoolmate, Nahuel is sent by his stepfather Bautista to the snow-capped mountains of Patagonia to live with his biological father Ernesto, a hunting guide whom he barely knows. A man of few words, Ernesto, alongside new wife Clara and three small daughters, soon finds his home turned upside down by the confrontational teen, forcing him to use his finely honed hunting skills as a means to connect with his troubled son. But an uneasy truce between father and son is quickly threatened by a group of local teens and a surprise appearance by Bautista in this beautiful new film from first-time writer/director Natalia Garagiola.
