ShortFest goes mobile with iPhone app

PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL SHORTFEST GOES MOBILE WITH NEW iPHONE APPLICATION
Palm Springs, CA (June 24, 2010) – Take your shorts on the road with a new iPhone application from the Palm Springs International ShortFest.
The new application serves as an official guide to what's screening daily at the Festival from June 22-28, 2010. Users will have access to all 314 films and nine panels and by clicking on "schedule," films are listed by screening order and grouped by program or panel. Also, video trailers are viewable for select films and there is a link to the festival website to purchase tickets or users can dial the box office phone number on their iPhone. While this free application is in beta release, it currently can be installed on the iPhone platform.
