Members of the Palm Springs International Film Society may purchase and exchange 6-packs beginning December 23, 2012. Non-members may begin purchasing individual screenings and events on December 26, 2012.
Advance Ticket Sales
Advance tickets for all films and events are available online 24 hours a day at www.psfilmfest.org, by phone (1-800-898-7256) Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm, and in person at the Ticket & Information Center, Camelot Theatres, Palm Canyon Theatre, Annenberg Theater, and Palm Springs High School during operating hours.
Ordering online is easy. Browse our website, find a film program you want to see and from the film detail page click the "buy tickets" button in the box with the date and time of the screening you wish to purchase. If you're a Palm Springs International Film Society member, make sure to login to your account first to get your member discount! All orders are subject to a $3.00 handling charge per order.
Voucher redemptionRedeeming ticket packages online. Click here for details, or you can exchange them in person at a Festival Box Office.
Standby TicketsWhen a film screening is deemed "Standby" it means that the allotment of advance tickets has been reached. Seats that are set aside for pass holders are released for sale 10 minutes prior to a screening. The released seats are deemed Standby Tickets and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Standby lines form one hour prior to a screening. Cash or vouchers only.
Picking Up Tickets
Festival Ticket and Information Center located in The Courtyard Plaza, 777 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Suite 113. The Ticket Center will be open December 26-31 & January 2-3 from 10am-5pm; and January 4-13 daily from 9am-7pm and January 14 from 9am-12pm. Camelot Theatres, 2300 E. Baristo Road, December 26-January 3 from 10am-5pm, and Regal Cinemas Palm Springs, 789 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, December 26-January 3, from 10am-5pm.
During the Festival - beginning January 4 through January 13, the Camelot Theatres, Palm Canyon Theatre, Annenberg Theatre or Palm Springs High School. These locations are open one hour before their first show, until a half hour after their last show.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your film/event. At 10 minutes before show time, seating is not guaranteed.

Schedule ChangesSometimes, for reasons beyond our control, programs must be changed, rescheduled or cancelled. A daily update on schedule changes may be obtained online at www.psfilmfest.org or you may pick up a list of changes at any of the festival theatres. Please check for updates online and in venues periodically.
Festival PoliciesThe PSIFF refund policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. (Except in cases of cancellation). The PSIFF reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a secure, professional, and convenient environment for all of our customers.
Festival MerchandiseMerchandise will be available at the Ticket & Information Center December 26-31 and January 2 through January 13, merchandise will also be available at the Camelot Theatres January 4-14.
