We received such a large turnout on August 4th for this film, we are screening it again! The Palm Springs Art Museum, in partnership with the Palm Springs International Film Society, as we presents the Hot is Cool: Sizzling Summer Film Series. The films include exhibition-specific movies and documentaries, feature films and other screenings that pertain to specific events. Screening is free and open to the public.

Film Synopsis
Two drag-queens (Anthony/Mitzi and Adam/Felicia) and a transexual (Bernadette) contract to perform a drag show at a resort in Alice Springs, a resort town in the remote Australian desert. They head west from Sydney aboard their lavender bus, Priscilla. En route, it is discovered that the woman they've contracted with is Anthony's wife. Their bus breaks down, and is repaired by Bob, who travels on with them.
